Account Terms

To create an account you must be at least 18 years of age. You can register with an email address and password, or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping it up to date in your account settings.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at Closdejakub@gmail.com.
• Passwords are stored securely (encrypted) by our platform's built-in authentication; we never see your password.

Your account lets you place orders, save your delivery details for faster checkout, view your order history and order status, and manage your communication preferences. An account is not required to place an order — you may also check out as a guest.

• Our newsletter is sent only to customers who have actively opted in. Marketing consent is never assumed and is switched off by default.
• You can opt in or out at any time in your account settings, or via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
• Opting out of marketing does not affect essential transactional emails (such as order confirmations), which are part of fulfilling your order.

How we handle the personal data in your account is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Account Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at Closdejakub@gmail.com or via your account settings where available. Please note that we are legally required to retain certain order and accounting records for the period required by tax law (in the Netherlands, generally 7 years), even after your account is deleted; these records are kept only for that legal purpose.

We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, our Terms of Sale, or applicable law — for example, attempts to purchase alcohol while under 18, or fraudulent activity.

We may update these Account Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of last update shown above.
