My next stop on the journey into the wine industry. Across my time at the bistro I clarified my style in wine tasting and service - be surprised, explore unexpected wines from small houses producing with respect to terroir and Mother Nature.

January 2024 I started at Bridges in Amsterdam. Fine dining and formal restaurants have always been my point of interest - finally here I can spread my wings wide open. Food is more than a resource of energy; it is art, memories and a journey you experience by diving into a menu combined with an awarded wine list of approximately 650 labels.
