Sommelier's Note

"Sourced from old vines ranging between 20 and 60 years of age in the cool-climate vineyards of Baden, this wine combines vibrant freshness with remarkable depth and concentration. The cooler growing conditions preserve precision and energy, while the mature vines contribute added complexity, darker fruit intensity, and a deeper, more layered structure. The palate reveals expressive notes of red and dark cherry, complemented by subtle earthy nuances, delicate spice, and the savoury depth characteristic of older vines. Elegant oak integration adds texture and refinement without overpowering the fruit, resulting in a wine that feels both juicy and beautifully fresh. Layered, silky, and energetic, it delivers impressive balance between concentration and drinkability."
